Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in attending Springs of Hope Youth Camp!

Before participating in any camp activities, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the Registration form.

If a camper wants to participate in paintball, you must also complete the Paintball Waiver section. 

Registration Steps

  1. Download the Registration Form PDF.

  2. Fill out all required information completely and accurately.

  3. Sign all required sections.

  4. Notify us via Text (423) 300 - 2087 or email at tnspringsofhope@gmail.com at least seven (7) days in advance of your camp date.

  5. Bring all forms on the day of Camp.

Cost

Right now, we are just running day camps from 9 AM to 4 PM. We can accommodate groups from 8 - 24 teenage campers with at least one supervising adult that must be on site.
Daily rate per Camper

$20.00

This includes lunch and a camp T-shirt

The next date we have spaces available, due to school, is on Saturday October 24th.
